About Stationary Shear Blades

Stationarity shear blades are constructed with a patented wrap-around box (TS Box). The massive, curved lids of such a model compress the metal into a log before the shear head cuts it to length or flattens it further into a bale. As a result, these shear balers have exceptional features and a high-quality engine, making them the most versatile machine.

This extensive metal shear machine is well-known for its shearing mechanism which allows it to process practically any metal scrap, including scrap from railways, ships, demolition, vehicle bodies, autos, and steel mills. It can make highly dense and compact bales from light and bulky metal scrap. The entirely automated shear generates high density and low volume scrap, lowering storage, shipping, and processing costs. The following are some other advantages:

  • Easy, quick, and remote functioning
  • Installation is simple, and structural work is minimal
  • Durable and reliable
  • Sheared scrap can be cleaned
  • Self-subsistent
